The first edition of the club took place on September 8, 2016 and had the playwright Gheorghe Tru\u021b\u0103 as a guest. Afterwards, they were present with plays read by actors of the National Theater <em>Marin Sorescu<\/em>, playwrights <strong>Toma Grigorie, Cornel Mihai Ungureanu, Florin Oncesescu, Marius Neac\u0219u.<\/strong><\/p><p>During 2018-2019, the Craiovani Playwrights Club had as guests:<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">Edition 26 October 2018: <strong>Mihai Ioana<\/strong>, poet, playwright, professor at the \"Decebal\" Technical College, Drobeta Turnu Severin.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">Born on October 1, 1960, in the city of Lupeni, Hunedoara county, of parents from Oltenia, Mihai Ioana is a member of the Romanian Writers' Union, Oltenia Branch and Member of the <em>Pavel Dan<\/em> Cenacle, organized next to the Student House in Timisoara .<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">He debuted in the literary press in the magazine <em>Orizont<\/em> in 1980 and the debut volume is entitled <strong>Cu ociul liber<\/strong>, <em>Prier<\/em>,<strong><\/strong> Craiova, 2002 (Alice Voinescu Foundation Award at the National Poetry Festival The Meaning of Love, 2001).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Other books: <strong>Alonso and the Concert,<\/strong><em>MJM<\/em>, Craiova, 2006, <strong>Frizeria din turn,<\/strong>MJM, Craiova, 2011, <strong>The Plural of Majesty<\/strong>, <em>Ramuri<\/em>, Craiova, 2015.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Volumecollective:<strong>Zona. Severin, 2006.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In 2015 the drama <strong>Blana leopardului<\/strong> was nominated for the competition <strong><em>The best Romanian play of the year<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>2014<\/strong><\/em>, organized by UNITER<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Actors <strong>Constantin Cicort, Nicolae Vicol, C\u0103t\u0103lin-Mihai Miculeasa, Theodora B\u0103lan<\/strong> read from the play<strong> \"Radu al II\"'s <\/strong>crisis in 2017.<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\"><em>Edition November 9, 2018<\/em>: Cristi Nedelcu, journalist and writer from Craiova.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">Cristi Nedelcu debuted in 1992 in Dilema magazine and collaborated with several literary magazines - Dilema, Scrisul Rom\u00e2nesc, Mozaicul (where she currently owns the theatrical chronicle). At the same time, he worked in television, where he managed several TV stations (Terra Sat Craiova, TVS Craiova, Alege TV). In 2001, in T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te, he won the 2nd prize at the National Literature Competition for the play <strong><em>Which side of the bars?<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">He made his publishing debut in 2006 with the bilingual volume <strong><em>Semn\u0103ri sobre Shakespeare\/ Essays on Shakespeare<\/em><\/strong>, launched during the 5th edition of the International Shakespeare Festival. In 2006 he published the volume <strong><em>Canonul marginalului<\/em><\/strong>, a book presented during the II edition of the International Anthropology Conference <em>Anthropoest<\/em>.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In 2006, he received the Tiberiu Iliescu award from Mozaicul magazine. In 2008 he published the theater volume <em>Ve\u0219ti proaste<\/em>, and in 2013 the book <em>The whole world is a scene\/the whole world is a show<\/em>. <em>Cultural paradigms of societies<\/em>. In 2016 he obtained the title of doctor in philology with the thesis <em>Semiotics of the bank<\/em>. Since 2010, he is a member of the Romanian Writers' Union.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Actors <strong>Nicolae Vicol<\/strong> and <strong> Costinela Ungureanu<\/strong> read from the play <strong>\"The old man, the girl and the library or We meet at the giraffe\"<\/strong>.<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\"><em>November 26, 2018 edition<\/em><strong>:<\/strong><strong>Julien Caragea<\/strong>, poet and playwright, French language teacher.<\/li><\/ul><p>Born in 1958, Julien Caragea is a graduate of the Faculty of Philology, Craiova, Romanian-French section, class of 1984. He is currently a French language teacher in Piscu-Vechi commune. He published the volumes of poems Aria clopotarului nebun, Ed. Genessa, Craiova, 2002, Wild Biciclist, Ed. TracusArte, Bucharest, 2012, Poveste de dormit maturii, Ed. Diacritic, Timi\u0219oara, 2015. He collaborates with the magazines Ramuri, Via\u021ba Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, Mozaic , Arge\u0219, Acolada, Literary Romania, Confessions, Family, Paradigma, SpectActor, etc. He wrote the play \"The Mute White Cow\" as well as a children's play.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The actors Nicolae Vicol, Angel Rababoc, Liviu Topuzu and C\u0103t\u0103lin-Mihai Miculeasa read from the play <em>\u201d\"A single cloth\"<\/em>\u201d.<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\"><em>February 6, 2019 edition<\/em><strong>:<\/strong><strong>Horia Dulvac<\/strong>, essayist, prose writer and playwright, member of the Writers' Union, Craiova branch, member of ASPRO (Writers' Association Professionals from Romania). During his university studies in Timi\u0219oara (199-1984) he was the editor of the \"Forum Studen\u021besc\" magazine, a member of the \"Pavel Dan\" cenacle of the University of Timi\u0219oara and an active cultural presence, alongside the older 1980s generation of Banat, represented by writers from Timi\u0219oara such as Daniel Vighi, Marcel Tolcea, Ioan T. Morar, Ion Monoran, Mircea B\u00e2rsil\u0103 et al. During this period, he wins numerous literary prizes for essay and prose at the national stages of the \"Festival of Student Art and Creation\", he receives the prize for prose at the competition national prose competition \"Zilele Liviu Rebreanu\", Bistri\u0163a (jury president, Mircea Horia Simionescu). Editorial debut with the volume of prose \"Ghidirmic's Woman\" (Ramuri Publishing House, 1994), with the support of \" To the Soros Foundation for an Open Society\". The volume included prose rejected in manuscript at the \"Facla\" publishing house in Timi\u0219oara and the \"Scrisul Rom\u00e2nesc\" publishing house in Craiova between 1985-1990. In 2009, the prose volume &quot;Efect Doppler&quot; (Ed. &quot;Scrisul Rom\u00e2nesc&quot;) appears, volume republished in 2016 (Ed. &quot;Tracus Arte&quot;), with an afterword by Ioan Es. Pop and Andrei Codrescu. The volume was rewarded with the award of the Craiova Branch of the Writers&#039; Union (2010). It is included in the anthology &quot;The most beautiful prose of the year&quot; (Ed. &quot;Adenium&quot;, 2014). He is the winner of several literary prizes: the &quot;Tiberiu Iliescu&quot; Prize, offered by the Mozaicul Foundation and magazine (2009), the magazine whose editor and member of the editorial board he was between 1997-2018, the prize for the essay of the Publishing House and the Foundation &quot; Romanian Writing&quot; (2009) et al.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In 2017, the play \"Rigor mortis. A simple crisis of satiety\"<\/strong> was awarded at the 12th edition of the \"Mihail Sorbul\" National Theater Festival, Boto\u0219ani.
