National Theater \"Marin Sorescu\" Craiova <\/strong> announces the premiere of a new show: OCD OCD - a <\/strong> delusional comedy about a group of patients with OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, <\/strong> written by <\/strong> French playwright and actor Laurent Baffie. <\/strong><\/p>\n TOC TOC is a text that has been a huge success since its first performance - in Paris, in 2005. In Spain, more than 1,500 performances were played for eight years in a row, and in Argentina, for nine years. , TOC TOC production has been seen by over 1.7 million people. In 2017, director, producer and screenwriter Vicente Villanueva adapted Baffie's play for the big screens.<\/p>\n The premiere at the \"National Theater\" Marin Sorescu \"in Craiova <\/strong> will take place this weekend - Friday, February 12 and Saturday, February 13, 2021, 19:00 <\/u>. The show will be played in the Great Hall \"Amza Pellea\", and the public will be able to sit in the hall according to the new rules imposed by the pandemic coronavirus.<\/p>\n The show is directed by Alexandru Boureanu <\/strong> and Raluca P\u0103un <\/strong>, the set is signed by Vanessa Beca <\/strong> and the costumes are made by Lia Dogaru <\/strong>.<\/p>\n The cast of the show includes some of the theater's most beloved actors: Marian <\/strong> Politic, Alex Calangiu, Romani\u021ba Ionescu, Raluca P\u0103un, Costinela Ungureanu, Claudiu Mihail, Ramona Dr\u0103gulescu <\/strong>.<\/p>\n OCD TOC is a frothy comedy set in the office of Dr. Stern, a world-renowned neuropsychiatrist in obsessive-compulsive disorder - OCD or OCD. A consultation with the famous Dr. Stern is difficult to obtain, as he travels extensively and seldom returns to France. <\/em><\/p>\n Coprolalia (<\/em> Tourette's syndrome <\/em> <\/em> , arrhythmia (arithmetic), nosophobia (fear of illness), palilalia (speech disorder that involves involuntary repetition of one or more words in a sentence) are just some of the disorders of the six patients who meet in the waiting room of the famous doctor. <\/em> The neuropsychiatrist is late, being stranded at Frankfurt Airport. After a while, patients will try to kill their time by improvising a group therapy that will put everyone out of their comfort zone, and each will get to tell their own story. <\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n With a refined humor and with great attention to detail, Alexandru Boureanu and Raluca P\u0103un build again this time, in TOC TOC, a show in which the humor of the situation and the humor of language intertwine naturally, to the delight of the spectators. In fact, in the theater's repertoire there is another show signed by the same authors: 1, 2, 3\u2026 B\u00e9b\u00e9. <\/em> <\/strong> Along with Gaits <\/em> <\/strong>, directed by Alex Boureanu, these two are the shows most loved by the public in recent years.<\/p>\n Alexandru Boureanu <\/strong> is an actor, director, professor of theater at the Department of Arts of the University of Craiova and since 2015, he directs the \u201cMarin Sorescu\u201d National Theater in Craiova. Over time, he followed a number of important internships: in theater directing at the St. Petersburg Academy of Theater Arts, in the field of sociology of culture \/ theater in Switzerland, at the Lausanne Conservatory, an internship at the Maison des Cultures du Monde and at Theater de la Tempete la Cartoucherie, in Paris etc. At the National Craiova he directed many shows loved by the public: Gai\u0163ele <\/em> <\/strong> by Al. Kiri\u021bescu, 1, 2, 3\u2026 B\u00e9b\u00e9 <\/em> <\/strong> by Andr\u00e9 Roussin, Occident Express <\/em> <\/strong> by Matei Vi\u0219niec, String, Daisies! <\/em> <\/strong> by Victor Eftimiu, Smells like Prey <\/em> <\/strong> by Michele Lowe, etc.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Raluca P\u0103un <\/strong> is an actress of the \u201cMarin Sorescu\u201d National Theater in Craiova since 2003, but over time she has had an intense artistic activity in the area of independent theater, both as an actor and as a director of shows produced by the Teatrulescu Company from Craiova. At the National Craiova he directed the productions Artists' booth <\/em> <\/strong> by Arno\u0161t Goldflam, Dangerous connections <\/em> <\/strong> by Choderlos de Laclos, Santa's face and midwife's face <\/em> <\/strong> adaptation by Bogdan Ulmu after Ion Creang\u0103's fairy tale, 1, 2, 3\u2026 B\u00e9b\u00e9 <\/em> <\/strong> by Andr\u00e9 Roussin (together with Alexandru Boureanu) etc.<\/p>\n Laurent Baffie <\/strong> was born in Montreuil, a small town east of Paris. Little interested in studying, Baffie left school at the age of 16 to earn a living from small jobs - bartender or courier, but discovered the scene working as an animator in a holiday club. At the age of 20 he began writing for a show broadcast on Radio France Inter and his artistic career took a decisive turn when he appeared in a casting of authors for the show La classe, <\/em> produced by Guy Lux on the French television channel France 3. <\/em> Laurent Baffie has become, over time, a prominent TV figure, having huge success with the public, and his provocative tone becomes his brand.<\/p>\n TOC TOC <\/strong> is a play written by Baffie in 2005. The show premiered at the Palais-Royal in Paris, starring Daniel Russo and Marilou Berry. In fact, the role of TOC TOC brought Marilou Berry a famous Moli\u00e8re Award for The New Theatrical Revelation <\/em> in 2006.
