IN CAP ÎN SOARE / DE NE IU BIT is a coupé performance based on two contemporary plays, on the border between documentary and autofiction. The performance explores the invisible forms of depression and how relationships, with all their wounds and fragility, can collapse or save us. The characters move between confession, bitter humor and painful lucidity, revealing dynamics of addiction, guilt and helplessness, but also moments of tenderness and miracle, realizing that sometimes the path to healing begins outside of us — in small gestures of care towards others, in the ability to do good without being seen. A performance about emotional survival, limits, compassion and the discreet power of good that circulates between people.
