The directorial concept of the actor Nicu Poghirc (the role of El) accurately captures the valences of a text in which love and surprise are constantly intertwined, even if the man's memory plays tricks on him. O She (played by Roxana Mutu) is the one who will unfold, as an ad hoc Scheherazade, what happened in the days that the man lost in his personal calendar. What men forget, women remember. Music, poetry, mystery, states of grace mixed with feverish autoscopies mark the diurnal and nocturnal territory of those who lose themselves and find themselves in the passion of being alive and in love. When the two become One, the story of the broken couple will find its fulfillment.

"The play is part, at least for me, of the family of mysterious dramatic quests, in the area where love meets death. I wrote the first scene of The Panda Bears wanting to approach a love story… in a realistic style, almost in the sense of boulevard theater. I was excited by the idea of a love story that starts like this, with a man waking up in the morning to find a beautiful, unknown woman in his bed."
