The early 1990s. After almost fifty years of communism, there is democracy in Romania. Everyone is trying to live their newfound freedom, in a period full of chaos and uncertainty. There are no more empty shop windows, we no longer have to all dress the same, we no longer need to say comrade. The future sounds good. Reality will prove otherwise.
THE BRAINSTORM PART II investigates the adolescence of eleven young people who lived the transition to the fullest. Those who didn't know what online meant. Or mobile phone. Or trauma. Those with whom they didn't communicate, but only imposed themselves.
