Haricleea Nicolau is the literary secretary of the "Marin Sorescu" National Theater in Craiova and lect.univ.dr. of the Department of Arts, University of Craiova, where he teaches courses in Actor's Art, Art of Improvisation, Creative Workshops, History of Romanian Theater and Performing Arts, Spectacleology. He studied acting (University of Craiova, Department of Arts), master's degree in Greco-Roman Antiquity (2006), doctorate on the topic of sacrifice in ancient tragedy (University of Bucharest/2011). He collaborates with the "Marin Sorescu" National Theater from Craiova, where he plays in the shows "The Oreste Project", "Blood Wedding", "Snail Rescuers". He is a member of the Center for Research and Creation in the Field of Performing Arts at the University of Craiova. In 2012 he published the volumes "On Sacrifice in Ancient Tragedy" and "The Dimension of the Sacred in the Performance of Ancient Tragedy". Since 2014, he has been writing the film column for the magazine "Ramuri" / Union of Writers and collaborator of the magazine "SpectActor" / National Theater "Marin Sorescu" from Craiova.
