Spectator Regulation
The "Marin Sorescu" National Theatre of Craiova wishes its spectators
"Welcome back to the theatre!"
As promised, we open the 2020-2021 theatre season of the National Theatre of Craiova in new clothes: The "Amza Pellea" Hall welcomes its spectators in increased comfort and in complete safety.
We want you to continue to fully enjoy the artistic experiences that the theatre's team prepares for its dear audience and therefore we invite you to read and strictly observe the following spectator rules:
SPECTATOR REGULATION ON MEASURES TO PREVENT INFECTION WITH THE NEW CORONAVIRUS AND TO ENSURE THE SAFE CONDUCT OF ACTIVITIES
- Art.1. When purchasing tickets, spectators should leave contact details (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The measure applies both to tickets purchased online and to tickets purchased at the Ticket Agency. This information will only be used in the event that a COVID - 19 positive person is subsequently found for epidemiological investigation.
Art.2 In order to avoid the spread of the coronavirus, it is recommended to purchase tickets by bank card or mobile phone.
Art. 3. Tickets will be sold without seats in the auditorium and will bear the mention "directed seating" which means that spectators will be seated according to their arrival at the performance.
Theatre employees will lead the audience from the A.I. Cuza Street entrance to the auditorium, where the seats will be occupied starting from the 1st seat in each occupied row, from top to bottom.
The exit of spectators from the auditorium will be from the 1st seat in each occupied row to the nearest exit.
Art.4. It is strongly recommended that people with symptoms of respiratory infection (coughing, sneezing, rhinorrhoea) do not attend the performance and request a ticket change or cancellation at the Theatre Ticket Office (tel. 0251.413677) at least two hours before the start of the performance.
Art. 5. Access to the performance space will begin 30 minutes before the start of the performance and will be gradual, with a minimum distance of 1.5 m.
Art. 6. It is forbidden to use the cloakroom in the foyer of the auditorium.
Art. 7. Spectators are only allowed access to the public area after an observational screening by non-contact thermometer temperature measurement.
Art.8. The obligation to wear a protective mask applies from the entrance to the theatre building, throughout the duration of the event, until leaving it. In order to provide effective protection, the mask must cover the mouth and nose.
Art. 9. It is recommended to disinfect hands with the substances provided by the institution.
Art.10. It is recommended that access to the space be made with the participants respecting the distance of at least 1.5 m and with the respect of the markings placed.
Art.11. The entry/exit flows established to ensure physical distance shall be respected.
Art. 12 The consumption of food and beverages in the performance space is prohibited, except for non-alcoholic beverages packaged in individual containers with lids, according to the rules in force.
This Regulation has been drawn up on the basis of Order No 3142/2020 on measures to prevent contamination with the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and to ensure that activities in the field of culture are carried out under health safety conditions.
